BIBLE STUDY
A number of Bible Study Groups are operating in the church. Sunday's "Church News" advises members of the groups' activities.

For more details please contact the Pastor.

CATECHISM
Young people are encouraged to attend classes beginning at Year Eight. They are intended to gain an integrated approach to developing a well rounded, mature Christian faith. Adult classes for Profession of Faith (Confirmation) and/or membership are arranged as required. The Pastor will advise on these meetings.

GEMS - CADETS
GEMS (Girls Everywhere Meeting the Saviour) is the Christian Reformed Church programme for girls between 10 and 16.
CADETS (for boys 8-14) also runs on a fixed programme including bible study, badge activities, games, outings, and inter-club activities. Both are required to wear uniform and to progress through various levels of membership.

YOUTH GROUP
A group of young people 16 years and over form a youth group for informal social outings and discussion. They are encouraged in an environment that focuses on a range of activities. The high point is the bi-annual Youth Convention held for youngsters from all over Australia. The next is to be in Sydney, 2006.

CARE GROUP
An important part of the church's service is the CARE group - Compassion, Active, Relief and Empathy. Led by Deacon Bill van Mourik, the group makes sure that no member of the church is overlooked in time of need.

SOLOMON ISLANDS
The congregation is enthusiastic about the mission in the Solomon Islands. Serving in that place at present are Kevin and Machi Rietveld - upheld in prayer and material support. Also in that field of service is Jack and Trudy Visser (SWIM - Short Workshops In Mission).
